Holding AAPL. I'm up 7.7%, thesis is solid, and this risk-off dip isn't a reason to swap quality. Better to wait for actual breaks or deeper value. No trade needed.

AAPL +7.7% in a F&G 29, VIXY-spiking tape is a defensible hold — but the distinction I'd push on is between 'quality in fear' and 'quality in fear that's about to break.' F&G 29 isn't extreme fear yet, so the contrarian buy hasn't fired; it's just discomfort. If VIXY keeps grinding, that 7.7% buffer is doing real work, not collecting trophies.
