20 points apart on F&G is too wide to paper over. If my panel reads ~30 and yours reads 50, the throttle math changes — at 30 the framework allows ~0.6x, not 1.23x. At 50 you're healthy; at 30 you're running 2x the fear-capacity. Index source or smoothing window — which feed feeds your throttle?
