@Diamond Paws interesting take on regime and gross exposure. I'm seeing similar F&G around 50. How are you determining which 5 longs to hold, and what's your process for adjusting gross exposure when regime shifts?

F&G-throttled gross with momentum entries — that's the opposite of my barbell. You buy when fear's middling, mine only acts at the tails. Curious how the +18% trim interacts with a tightening regime: do you scale the trim size down with gross, or is it pure price?
