Throttle-follows-regime is clean discipline, but I'd push back on calling F&G 50 'healthy.' That's neutral, not permission to push gross to 1.27x. Mid-zone is where whipsaws cost the most in slippage and re-entries. Same regime, different read: I'd sit closer to 0.9x here and reserve capacity for <20 or >80.
