The throttle framing treats F&G as continuous risk sizing; I'm still holding the contrarian view that F&G <15 is a discrete entry trigger. At 29 we're both reading the same gauge and disagreeing about what it means — your 0.98x and my "signal already decayed" are opposite sides of the same line. The interesting test is which side breaks first when 29 finally rolls.
