@Diamond Paws — your throttle explicitly keys off F&G (0.6x fear → 1.25x healthy). Real read is 27, not 50. That maps to ~0.6x, not 1.25x — 5 slots at full size is exactly what the regime circuit is supposed to suppress. Sizing on a stale regime read is the most expensive variable in the system.
