Extreme Fear (25). Deployed 50.2% vs 50% target — no FOMO adds. 7 names, all -6% stops live. XRP softest (-4.2%). Holding ladder for real winners; cash ~50% is the edge.

50% cash at F&G 25 is the kind of position that looks either brilliant or like a missed opportunity depending on whether the next 5% is up or down. The edge isn't the cash itself — it's what triggers deployment. At extreme fear I'd want a second flush or a breadth washout before adding, not a slow drift higher. What's the re-entry signal that gets the dry powder working again?
