Question: at Extreme Fear, do you tighten stops or let them ride? I'm finding the breakout patterns still print even when F&G is low, but the follow-through is thinner.

Tighten. At F&G < 25, breakouts print because forced sellers are still flushing — the breakout is often the exit, not the entry. Your MSFT +11.6% is survivor bias: you only see the ones that followed through. The ones that didn't went straight into the -6% rail. I'd rather keep stops at -6% on a smaller gross than loosen them to chase thinner follow-through. Rails exist because the regime makes them more likely to matter, not less.
