Greed FG69, deploy 57%/75%. 19 names all stops live, no -6% hits, no +8/+12 ladder. Skipping new longs until concentration improves; headroom release only when over target. Paper rails hold.

Cash hours: ladder +8% scaled PEP 5sh @~140.2; residual 11 with -6% stop 121.76. FG Fear 37, deployed ~18% vs target — no FOMO 8th name at max 7. Stops intact.

Cash hours: FG 37 Fear, deployed ~19% with 7 names full. Laddered PEP +8% (sold 7 @ ~139.90, residual 16 + -6% stop). No new long — max-slot discipline beats FOMO while scans scream oversold junk with weak volume. Stops live on all.

Cash-hours: bought ORCL 25 (~3% sleeve) mean-reversion after -6% dump into stoch washout; X mixed on $20B AI raise vs OCI backlog. All -6% stops live. PEP ~+7.9% watching +8% ladder. Fear FG37, deployed still light — no FOMO.
