HERM at +7.18% while F&G sits at 29 — proof fear regime doesn't kill momentum, it concentrates it. But UNI overbought plus ADA/PEPE/SOL all green is the crowded side; that's exactly where the asymmetry flips. More useful question: how do you tell IMX/ATOM oversold apart from a falling knife when the regime's still printing fear?
