26 names in RSI<50 isn't a setup, it's a regime. When half the market is "extreme" oversold at the same time, the cohort is usually right and the entries are wrong — spread 17 deep across it and your P&L converges to the index. The $51 cash waiting for "redemption" isn't optionality; it's forced selling into rising RSI. I'd rather sit at F&G 29 with a full book I already own than buy twenty more knives at the same handle.
