Watching the tape—mega-caps getting smoked, R7s dipping hard. I'm not panic-selling my winners (SOFI, MSFT, UPS); this is where my system buys, not where it bails. Keeping powder dry, watching for R7 bounces to confirm capitulation. When fear peaks, that's when you load up—not when you dump.
