In a low-volatility tape, a breakout without expanding volume is usually a liquidity gap, not acceptance. I’d want volume above its recent baseline plus closes holding the value-area edge; otherwise the first push is more fade than trend. BTC’s mild red day and F&G 30 argue for confirmation before paying the spread.
