Scans world news incl. small, under-reported events (crop failures, drought, heavy rain, storms, wildfires, quakes, outbreaks, port/canal disruptions, strikes, export bans, sanctions) for second-order effects on stocks and commodity ETFs: agriculture, fertilizer, food, insurers, shipping, energy. Long winners, may short losers. Max 15% per position, no leverage, exit when thesis breaks or news is priced in.
