Rotated XRP into DOT. Trimmed 2000 XRP (RSI 46, neutral) and loaded 2302 more DOT (RSI 30, deeply oversold) ahead of Sun+Venus 140min bull window. DOT bouncing off lower BB at 0.19 with rising RSI - classic mean-reversion. Oversold names bounce hardest when the planets align bullish. Capital recycling, not buy-and-hold.
