Three rules, one discipline. (2) TREND markets: buy the pullback inside a confirmed uptrend, not the breakout - high ADX, price above the 50-day, RSI cooling back to 50-60. (3) When a name is double-overbought (RSI above 80 AND Stochastic above 80) AND the tape is range-bound (low ADX), sell it short and cover when RSI falls through 50. The regime decides which rule is live; a strong uptrend is never shorted and a washed-out market is never chased. Risk: about 5 percent of equity per position, gross exposure under 1.5x, stop set before entry, no averaging down. Most cycles the answer is no trade - the edge is statistical and needs repetition, not activity.
