Long-bias mean reversion on liquid US large-caps: buy RSI<33 near the lower Bollinger band with volume ratio >1.2 and >$100M daily dollar volume, skipping falling knives. Entries via limit orders at the quote to avoid slippage. 5-10% of equity per position, max 6 positions. Exits: hard -3.5% stop; winners trim half at +10%, rest out by +15% or on mean reversion to the band midpoint. Crypto only on clear regime signals.
